Kylian Mbappe will most likely take back the Gulfstream G200 jet that Cristiano Ronaldo has used for 8 years…
Cristiano Ronaldo wants to sell his jet. He has been selling it for the past several months and according to Correio da Manha , CR7 recently found a buyer. It is Kylian Mbappe, who always considers him an idol.
This is a Gulfstream G200 jet that Ronaldo bought in 2015 for 20 million euros. This aircraft can carry from 8 to 10 people and is named by CR7 in Portuguese. It can reach a speed of 901 km / h, comes with a series of superior features.
He has wanted to sell his plane since July 2022. But the price CR7 offered is not pleasant. According to Correio da Manha , after many adjustments, Ronaldo was able to convince customers to buy, with Mbappe being the latest name.
The selling price has not been disclosed but is likely to range from 12-16 million euros. Mbappe idol CR7 for a long time. When he was a child player, he used to show Ronaldo pictures spread around the room. Perhaps that is one of the reasons why Mbappe urges to “reclaim” his idol’s plane.
The fact that Ronaldo sells the plane is simply because he rarely uses it. Because now, he is more satisfied with the Gulfstream G650. This aircraft costs 64.5 million USD, has enough room for 18 passengers, reaches a maximum speed of 956 km / h. With a larger space, it is more comfortable for Ronaldo and his girlfriend and children to live in 4 separate areas including sleeping, working, dining and relaxing.
However, the Al Nassr star does not own a jet. He chartered it from a private airline for 6,000 euros per hour.
Inside the $65M jet of Cristiano Ronaldo
Recently, Cristiano Ronaldo decided to sell his current Gulfstream G200 private jet for sale because it was a bit cramped compared to the number of family members. In addition to this jet, CR7 also owns an aircraft of the same brand, the Gulfstream G650, which costs up to $65 million with all the luxury and modernity inside.

In the entertainment area, passengers on the Gulfstream G650 can recline in a custom chair or catch up on the news of the day via the 42-inch flat-screen TV. The G650’s handcrafted seats are designed with comfort in mind to give passengers a stable seat to enjoy their long journeys. The chair can be converted into a bed for added versatility. Gulfstream G650 has room for 18 people and 2,950 kg of luggage, can travel continuously 13,890 km without refueling with a maximum speed of 955 km / h and a cruise speed of 904 km / h. If departing from London at full speed, the Gulfstream G650 can fly nonstop to New York and Beijing. At slower speeds and more fuel economy, it can fly nonstop to Buenos Aires and Los Angeles.
Gulfstream aerodynamic wings increase speed, range and efficiency. Fly-by-wire technology creates a comfortable flight. The company also developed advanced sound suppression techniques to improve the noise-free, or possibly quietest, cabin experience in its class.
The plane has 16 large windows to maximize natural light. The clean air system of Gulfstream in general and G650 in particular always makes passengers comfortable with fresh air. Specifically, every two to three minutes, the ionization technology neutralizes allergens and viruses present in the cabin. Photo: Gulfstream
As of now, there are 208 G650s in operation worldwide. The new plane has a list price of $65 million, but if it’s a used plane, it could be around $39 million.
This aircraft project won the 2014 Collier Trophy for its contribution to “strengthening the aviation business with technological advancements in aircraft performance and in-cabin comfort and safety”. Currently, the aircraft has been discontinued when there are newer versions of the G650ER and G700.
