Alexandra Daddario wore a very sheer light beige Dior dress on Monday as she arrived at the 2022 Emmy Awards ceremony in Los Angeles.
When the 36-year-old actress went on stage for the White Lotus win in the Limited Series category, her chest was exposed under the lights on live TV making it clear she was not wearing a bra.
But toward the end of the acceptance speech, she covered up her chest with her arms, begging the question if someone asked her to hide her assets.

Showing off her shape: Alexandra seemed to have no clue she was exposing herself on live TV at prime time. Here she is seen with her cast mates Sydney Sweeney, Connie Britton and Jennifer Coolidge; writer Mike White is far left
Alexandra did not seem to know her dress was see through.
The siren was there as she was nominated for Outstanding Supporting Actress in an Anthology Series for her work in HBO‘s acclaimed dark comedy The White Lotus.
The show was also heavily nominated.
So sheer is almost seemed impossible: None of the Emmy producers cut away from Alexandra as they did not seem to notice her dress was very see-through
Did Sydney tell her to cover up? Her co-star Sweeney was seen talking to Daddario on stage during the win

One of her costars could have told her her dress looked see through and that may be why she suddenly put her arms over her chest.
The star clearly went bra free as she wore the frock. The sheer skirt also highlighted her bare legs and her briefs.
On Tuesday she told Vanity Fair that she loved the sheer dress.
‘It’s one of those things where you put it on and you just kind of know,’ Daddario said of the pearl-embellished Dior gown.
‘I think my stylist [Emma Jade Morrison] actually was looking at a different dress and she was like, “This is one of my favorite dresses of all time. It’s amazing.”‘
See through success: Alexandra did not seem to know her dress was see through. She showed off her body while on the red carpet, showing no shyness
All eyes on her: The siren was there as she was nominated for Outstanding Supporting Actress in an Anthology Series for her work in HBO ‘s acclaimed dark comedy The White Lotus
She also shared: ‘I texted the photo to my mom and my best friend and they were both like, that’s it. So, that was really wonderful too, to have your instinct say, this is the dress. And then you text it to the people that you trust and with the other one and everyone unanimously is like, that’s the one. I feel really confident about it. I feel beautiful in it.’
The star was joined by her new husband Andrew Form, who at 53 is 17 years her senior.
She plays Rachel Patton, a journalist who takes her honeymoon at the exclusive Hawaiian resort of the title, which exposes cracks in her new marriage to the wealthy and entitled husband Shane (Jake Lacy).
Love birds: Daddario, 36, with her husband Andrew Form, 53, on the red carpet
Well, if you got it, flaunt it: The back of the dress was just as sheer showing off her briefs and it also exposed plenty of her back as it was backless with one strap down the side
Finding the truth: She plays Rachel Patton, a journalist who takes her honeymoon at the exclusive Hawaiian resort of the title, which exposes cracks in her new marriage to the wealthy and entitled husband Shane (Jake Lacy); still from The White Lotus
Form, a film producer best known for both horror remakes and original properties including A Quiet Place, was previously married to actress and model Jordana Brewster from 2007 until she filed for divorce in 2020.
Alexandra revealed that they were dating when she shared a photo of Andrew to her Instagram in May 2021, and the two bought a home together in September.
They were revealed to have gotten engaged in December of that year, and they tied the knot in New Orleans in June.
Alexandra was competing against her costars Connie Britton, Jennifer Coolidge, Natasha Rothwell and Sydney Sweeney, with Kaitlyn Dever and Mare Winningham — both from Dopesick — being the only other nominees.
Jennifer emerged triumphant in the stacked category.
The male supporting category also features Alexandra’s scene partner Jake Lacy, Steve Zahn and Murray Barlett, who emerged triumphant.
