The multimillion dollar deal
Robbie Williams reportedly bought the mansion back in 2015 from Guess co-founder Armand Marciano.
For US$32.67 million, Williams purchased the property from Armand Marciano, the co-founder of Guess, back in 2015. Seven years later, rumour has it that the former Take That singer had to lower the price after failing to find a buyer, despite trying to sell it for US$80 million.
Williams is said to have accepted a settlement of about US$50 million, according to Mansion Global. But because the agreement is off-market, not much is known about the specifics of the sale.
It’s pretty impressive inside
The estate, which is Tuscan in style, is situated on 20 acres of ground in Beverly Hills. There are reportedly no other homes with as much acreage in the 90210 postcode. Hello! claims that the 25,000 square foot mansion includes 10 bedrooms, 22 bathrooms, and 11 garages. A games area, fitness center, tennis court, outdoor kitchen, and mosaic-tiled pool are all included.
Over the years, Williams and his wife Ayda Field have shared photos of their four children living happily in the estate, which they describe as their happy home. Williams reportedly said in an interview with Scott Mills on BBC Radio 1 that the home featured 27 toilets, according to Metro. He claimed to have begun painting and to have amassed a sizable collection of artwork for an upcoming show he was organizing in his garage.
