In addition to providing views of the Las Vegas Strip, the 14,207-square-foot mansion in Henderson comes complete with smart-home technology, solar electricity, and a 12-car garage.
On Tuesday, a single-family home in Henderson, Nevada, which is located around twenty minutes outside of Las Vegas, was posted for sale at a price of $32.5 million. This price tag makes it the most expensive single-family home that is currently available for sale in the region.
According to the listing provided by the Ivan Sher Group of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada Properties, the three-story property in the renowned Seven Hills enclave has a total living space of 14,207 square feet, four bedrooms, and nine bathrooms.
According to the property records, Mark Lindsey, owner of the smart home automation company Eagle Sentry, purchased the 0.88-acre land in 2014 for $1.08 million. In 2017, the home was constructed for him, and he now resides in it.
According to the listing, it features more than 20,000 square feet of heated indoor and outdoor tile flooring, a security system with biometric scan entry and 32 cameras, 12 motorized doors, sound and video systems throughout the property, and more than 20,000 square feet of heated tile flooring.
“The home has a full-spectrum LED lighting package, which changes colors for different holidays and moods,” said Mr. Sher, principal of The Ivan Sher Group. “The lighting package changes colors for different holidays and moods.” “The moment you see the house, your attention is immediately drawn to the feelings evoked by the details,”
According to Mr. Sher, some of the most notable features of the property include a glass elevator, three climate-controlled garages with capacity for an RV or up to 12 vehicles, and a car lift that goes right to the exterior of the primary bedroom suite. All of these features can be found on the lower level of the residence.
“This is the most feature-rich home I’ve ever seen, and it boasts gorgeous views of the Los Vegas Strip,” he continued.
According to Mr. Sher, the accommodations include resort-like amenities such as a cinema room, a games room, a fitness center, a wine cellar, a basketball court, a rock climbing gym, a casino-inspired den with a wet bar, a pool table, a professional Texas Hold’em table, a shuffleboard table, and an air hockey table.
Mr. Sher claims that the outdoor space has a mini golf course with nine holes, a swimming pool, a kitchen with firepits, a pizza oven, a teppanyaki grill, and an ice cream maker. In addition, the space has an ice cream machine.
“Almost everything in this home is either a piece of art or has a wow factor,” he said. “This house is truly a work of art.” “This home is a masterpiece in every sense of the word.”
Even though there are some undeveloped parcels on the market that are being sold at a higher price, the Multiple Listing Service reports that the property is now the most expensive one that is available in Southern Nevada. This is the case despite the fact that there are other properties available in the region that have not been developed.
“We have seen an influx of sophisticated luxury buyers from California, Chicago, and New York, where taxes are very high,” Mr. Sher noted. “These three states have some of the highest tax rates in the country.” I think that within the next year or two, the most expensive home in the neighborhood will be over $50 million because of the degree of building and the full set of demands from luxury purchasers that we are seeing. This is something that I expect since we are seeing these things.
When we made our query, we were unable to get a response from the seller, who identified himself as Mr. Lindsey.Late in the month of June, billionaire Anthony Hsieh, the creator of the mortgage company LoanDepot, paid $25 million for a 15,000-square-foot building in Henderson. This property, which was located in Henderson, was the first motel to be built in the United States.
