Last December, the basketball player decided to attempt a different strategy and relisted the house on social media instead of keeping it on the market through the Los Angeles-based real estate company Compass.
A glimpse inside O’Neal’s 5,217-square-foot mansion in a gated equestrian community outside of Los Angeles—just a few miles from the residences of Kanye West and Kim Kardashian West—was provided to his 15.3 million followers in a video that he released on Thursday.
Justin Bieber shared pictures of his interior decor on Instagram in October, tagging the photos with the question, “I think I wanna sell my home in Beverly Hills who wants it?”As to the article, O’Neal’s residence has five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, and is situated on a one-acre plot.
O’Neal has made updates to the home, such as new flooring, bespoke closets, and upgraded landscaping. The listing was formerly owned by Compass.
According to O’Neal, “the house is walking distance from the tennis courts, state-of-the-art gym, and community center.”
