Inside Kylie Jenner’s massive real estate empire- from $36M LA mansion to brand-new construction on Palm Springs estate

BY the age of just 25, Kylie Jenner has already amassed an incredible portfolio of luxury properties.

From her Palm Springs vacation pad to her $36.5m main home, let’s take a look at the Kylie Cosmetics mogul’s realty empire.

The neighborhood is favored by many celebrities because its long winding driveways and quiet cul-de-sacs offer privacy away from the tourists, while the area is conveniently located near Hollywood, Santa Monica, and downtown LA.

Kyle’s pad not only features seven bedrooms and 14 baths, it’s own movie theatre, and a swimming pool, but also four guests houses, perfect for her supersized extended family.

There’s also a chef’s kitchen and even a dedicated guard’s house.

For keeping active, there are game rooms, a gym, and a sports court.

She bought the house, which is 19,250 square foot, in 2020 when she was just 22 years old.

It’s understand to be her sole main residence.

In addition, she has a five-acre block of property in the Hidden Hills, a private neighborhood in Los Angeles that is shared with her mother Kris Jenner and her sisters Khloe, Kim, and Kourtney.

Kylie shattered records for the region in 2020 when she paid $15 million for the mostly flat acreage.

Miley Cyrus had previously owned the site; in 2015, she had purchased the home that had been on the property.

But the home was razed by the owner who purchased the property three years later.

Aerial pictures showed that Kylie started work on the area in November 2021, after the epidemic put any dreams of completion on hold.It seems that Kylie is not utilizing her second Hidden Hills home.

But this site does have a home constructed on it. It’s an enormous mansion with eight bedrooms and eleven bathrooms that the reality star paid $12 million for back in 2016.

Situated on 1.4 acres, this 13,200-square-foot Cape Cod-style mansion has breathtaking vistas of Los Angeles.

Among the house’s most striking features are a large marble-topped kitchen, a home cinema, a gaming room, a swimming pool, a spa, and a massage room.

Even with all of the posh facilities, Kylie doesn’t seem to spend much time at the house.

It’s unclear whether she uses it for her family and friends’ usage or if she rents it out.
