Kardashian fans found out about Kim’s $70 million home in Malibu. As workers get ready to fix up Kim’s house on a California cliff, new aerial photos show what a beautiful place it is.
Four-parent mom Kim wants to make the house she bought in September 2022 her own. The beachfront Malibu home is owned by Cindy Crawford. The house is 7,400 square feet and has four bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and several large living rooms with views of the beach and mountains.
New pictures showed a lot of workers on the property with ladders and other tools. On the side of the house that faces the ocean, there are no windows. Instead, there are plastic sheets.
On the other side of the house, furniture was on the terrace, which made it look like the inside was being remodeled. The grass is clean, but there are more unfinished doors and windows on the other side of the building.
Kim’s new house has a small plot of land and a big backyard full of trees. Kim and her four kids will go to a private beach in Malibu to watch the sun go down. Kim got the mansion after she and Kanye West got divorced so they could start over.
“Kaia Gerber, Cindy’s daughter, is friendly with Kendall Jenner and told her about the sale,” the U.S. Sun said in 2017.
The person also said, “This is the first place she’s bought without Kanye’s help.”
“She doesn’t want to live there full-time, but she does want a place to go on vacation with the kids.”
Fans of the Kardashians said last year that Kim had wasted too much money on the house and that her “boring” style would ruin it.
