A gorgeous four-bedroom farmhouse in Montecito, California, was purchased by the 53-year-old Friends actor for $14.8 million, marking the sale of a tiny portion of Oprah’s vast real estate holdings.
Oprah, 68, is estimated to be worth $2.5 billion. She has many properties in the neighborhood and abroad for a combined $127 million, so it’s unlikely that the producer, actor, author, and philanthropist would miss Aniston’s new residence.
Located in close proximity to the house she sold to Aniston, her primary residence is a spacious 23,000-square-foot property in Montecito. It’s also just a short distance from the $14.65 million mansion that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle share with their two kids, Archie and Lilibet.
She paid $52 million for the opulent mansion when she initially purchased it in 2001, and she has since added to it by purchasing many nearby homes.
