Harlow’s $3.3 million purchase of her first home in Tarzana shows that the area is once again thriving. Harlow’s new home is about 5,000 square feet and was custom built by a local builder. The land is mostly flat, and the backyard is big, with covered terraces, a grilling area, a fire pit, and a saltwater pool with a waterfall. In the big, green backyard of the house, Harlow might build a sports court and a simple guesthouse.
