Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin, who purchased their Beverly Hills home 18 months ago, have recently invested miℓℓions in an expansive mansion located in the coveted 90210 area, known for its concentration of celebrities.
The new Bieber-Baldwin residence finds its place in Beverly Park, an exclusive guard-gated community nestled in the hills above Beverly Hills. This prestigious neighborhood counts among its residents luminaries such as Sofia Vergara, Denzel Washington, Sylvester Stallone, Eddie Murphy, Rod Stewart, as well as several members of the Saudi royal family.
Property records reveal that the house, originally built in the late 1980s, was sold for $16.5 miℓℓion in 2015. It underwent extensive renovations by Dubai-based real estate developer Danny Lubert, who poured a substantial amount into the property’s transformation before reselling it.
The current version of the mansion has had an on-and-off presence on the market for two years, initially listed at $42 million. After significant price reductions and a change of realtors, Bieber and Baldwin acquired it for $25.8 million.
Encompassing a sprawling 2.5-acre estate, the property boasts an impressive 11,000-square-foot mansion with seven bedrooms and ten full bathrooms, complete with all the luxurious amenities one would expect in this price range.
Upon entering, guests are greeted by a grand foyer adorned with a curved staircase and elegant black-and-white checkerboard stone floors. The living room features a striking black fireplace, while the family room seamlessly connects to the chef’s kitchen, equipped with designer stainless steel appliances. French doors and built-in storage define the library’s character.
Upstairs, the master suite offers a sitting room and floor-to-ceiling windows that open to a narrow patio, offering picturesque mountain views. A spacious walk-in closet showcases exquisite items, and the spa-style bathroom features a chandelier above the soaking tub.
Additional opulent features include a home gym and a soundproof movie theater furnished with cobalt blue velour captain’s seats. Outside, a covered loggia, an outdoor fireplace, an infinity-edged pool, a soccer-sized lawn, and a tennis court provide ample space for relaxation and recreation.
Situated in Beverly Park’s “South” section, the Bieber-Baldwins’ new mansion neighbors other notable personalities such as Samuel L. Jackson, Magic Johnson, and Prince Alex von Furstenberg, the heir presumptive to Barry Diller’s billion-dollar fortune.
It’s worth noting that Bieber previously owned a Tuscan-style property in Calabasas, which he sold to reality TV star Khloe Kardashian for $7.2 million in 2016.
Representing Bieber and Baldwin in the transaction were Josh and Matt Altman from Douglas Elliman’s Altman Brothers team.
