The vocalist of N.E.R.D. is selling the $12.525 million South Beach house that he bought in 2007.
The 9,080-square-foot luxury high-rise apartment has five bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, a home theater, and a rooftop pool, according to real estate website Realtor.com.The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel equipment, granite worktops, and dark wood, while the bathrooms have marble floors and walls.In addition, there are community tennis courts and a four-car garage with the house.
A community room, library, pool, sauna, kid play area, bike storage, jogging/barbecue area, community room, and, of course, a doorman are among the other amenities.
In an interview with W magazine, Pharrell, 39, discussed his life in what the editors dubbed “the world’s most luxurious treefort.”
