Gimme Shelter has learned through a source with intimate knowledge that the New York Yankees skipper Aaron Judge and his wife Samantha Bracksieck have moved into a new home.
The great slugger, who turned down a $415 million contract with the Padres to remain with the Yankees and inked a nine-year, $360 million contract in December, has reportedly purchased a Manhattan penthouse at the Cortland with Bracksieck. The penthouse is located in Manhattan.
In the neighborhood of Chelsea, the new Related building can be found at 555 West 22nd Street.
It would appear that the Yankee made the decision to stay in New York shortly after purchasing a mansion in Manhattan.
The famous sportsman, who hit an American League record 62 home runs in 2022, has reportedly been observed entering and exiting the building where he is developing the house of his dreams on multiple occasions, as reported by our spies.
On Thursday, player number 99 brought to an end a career-best on-base run that spanned 45 games. This stretch was the longest that a Yankee has had in any of the previous 19 seasons.
The 25-story skyscraper contains three floors that are solely occupied by unlisted penthouses. The information that we have indicates that Judge has purchased one of these floors and is in the process of building it out. The apartment is seven thousand square feet and has ceilings that are high enough for a man who is six feet and seven inches tall, windows that go from floor to ceiling, marble fireplaces, and views of the Hudson River and the city skyline.

According to StreetEasy, two distinct flats located on the 22nd story of the building recently sold for a total of $40 million. Our sources indicate that there was a single buyer for both of these properties.
(It is also unclear whether Judge has decided to occupy apartment number 99.)
Judge revealed, after signing the big contract with the Yankees, that he and Bracksieck, his high school love whom he married in 2021, made “the decision that was in our hearts, which is we belong in New York, we belong in this city.” Bracksieck was Judge’s high school sweetheart.
Olson Kundig and Robert A.M. Stern, both architects, were responsible for the design of the building. The listing states that there are a variety of amenities available, such as a gym, a pool, a concierge, and more, all of which are curated by Related Life in the manner of a private members’ club. The corporation does not wish to comment on the matter.
As of the time that this article was published, Page Odle, president of PSI Sports Management and the judge’s agent, had not responded to any calls.
