Kim Kardashian has reportedly agreed to pay her estranged husband, Kanye West, a staggering $23 million for the purchase of their property in Hidden Hills. This transaction will result in Kim becoming the sole owner of the property.
As their divorce proceedings near finalization, Kim Kardashian is taking steps to secure the family’s future. This includes her and the four children she shares with Kanye West — North (8), Saint (5), Chicago (3), and Psalm (2) — being able to retain their homes even after the divorce is complete.
As per official documents submitted to the Los Angeles Superior Court on October 12th, Kim Kardashian, the 40-year-old star of “Keeping Up with the Kardashians,” will take ownership of the property.
Based on documents obtained by People, Kim Kardashian will retain not only the property but also all its finishings, furniture, fixtures, appliances, collectibles, silver, and art currently within the residence. The division of assets between Kardashian and West remains an ongoing aspect of their divorce proceedings.
