The Weeknd, a Canadian musician and songwriter, has asked $22 million for the condominium he owns in Los Angeles.
On Tuesday, the listing for the full-floor condominium that is located in the Beverly West condo building in Westwood, which has 22 stories and 35 units and is near to the Los Angeles Country Club, was posted online. The main room in his property, which is 7,950 square feet in size and contains balconies on all four sides, as well as a wet bar, is surrounded by windows that look out over the city and the ocean.
The roughly 8,000 square foot home features a television wall and a wet bar.
The Weeknd, whose real name is Abel Tesfaye and who is currently 31 years old, is a musician who has won three Grammy Awards and is recognized for his dark R&B sound with songs like “Can’t Feel My Face” and “Die For You.” This coming Friday, his newest album, titled “Dawn FM,” will be made available for purchase. He reportedly paid $21 million for the home when he purchased it two years ago, as reported by Mansion Global.
In addition to that, there is a dining space and a galley for the cook.
Additional features include a “state-of-the-art chef’s kitchen” and a “entertainment bar with a stunning TV wall” including four televisions measuring 65 inches each, as stated in the listing that was created by Angel Salvador of Beverly Hills Estates. The inquiries for his reply were not met with an immediate response from him.

According to the photos included with the offering, there are a total of four bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom suite complete with a steam shower, a Jacuzzi tub, and two vanities, as well as views of the country club. The primary bedroom is connected to a secondary room, which may now be found being used as a gym.

People involved in the transaction told Mansion Global that when the musician purchased the condominium, he referred to it as a “mansion in the sky” because he desired less maintenance.
