Rapper Roddy Ricch, real name Rodrick Wayne Moore Jr., has sold his Beverly Hills home, which has five bathrooms and four bedrooms.
Unfortunately, Ricch received little less than $5 million—$4,995,000, to be precise—for the home he purchased in 2021 for $5.6 million.
Nearly a year following that acquisition, the 24-year-old artist listed the property at $5,995,000. Earlier this year, he cut the ask to $5,750,000.
The price tag dropped to $5,199,000 this summer, which prompted the most recent sale.
