Rapper Tyga sold his Indio, California, estate for $5.1 million.
For $3.9 million, the performer purchased the vacation property in 2020, as the Los Angeles Times has previously revealed.
The estate, which was constructed in 2018 on a waterfront acre and has over 6,000 square feet of living space, is only 20 minutes from Palm Springs.
The retreat with four bedrooms and five bathrooms was initially marketed in June for $5.9 million. The rapper still makes a good amount of money from the transaction even after the price cut.
