Famous for his role as Star Lord in the “Guardians of the Galaxy” film series, actor Chris Pratt is prepared to take off from his luxurious Pacific Palisades pad.
After two years of renovations, he and his wife Katherine Schwarzenegger are seeking $32 million for the opulent estate.
The hillside house was initially constructed in 1995, and Pratt paid $15,601,500 for it in June of 2018. It was completely remodeled by the couple, to the point where the listing claims it was constructed in 2021.
The home with six bedrooms and twelve bathrooms spanned 12,900 opulent square feet.
After moving in together in 2021, the couple routinely posted pictures of the house’s many features on Instagram and featured it on an episode of the Netflix series “Get Organized With the Home Edit.” The pair celebrated their fourth wedding anniversary in Montecito, California, in June. Maybe it’s time to make the trip up the coast to the well-known town full of celebrities?
The opulent private estate is located in the gated enclave of Marquez Knowles. This upscale, gated community is home to just five other residences.
The recently reconstructed property makes the most of the vistas, which include Catalina Island, the Los Padres Mountains, Santa Monica Bay’s coastline, and the California coast’s “Queens Necklace.”
