The Miami mansion of singer-songwriter Joe Jonas and his wife, Sophie Turner, an actress from “Game of Thrones,” has finally been sold for a discounted $15 million.
The famous couple paid $11 million for the 10,416-square-foot house back in 2021, and they enlisted the assistance of designer Sarah Ivory to help renovate it.
They reversed course and relisted the six-bedroom home for $17 million in November 2022.
In April, they cut the price to $15.5 million since no one was interested. It officially sold for a little less now.
According to ONE Sotheby’s International Realty’s David Pullman, “the home has an incredible Cali-meets-Bali vibe.” The location is “inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright with a touch of the tropics.” For my client, having something distinctive and expressive was crucial. Miami was the ideal choice because it’s such a dynamic city.
