Award-winning performer Ashanti Douglas has finally found a buyer for her Old Westbury, New York, house after advertising it last summer.
In July 2022, the New York native and R&B artist listed the property for $2,198,000. The ad didn’t attract any interest for a year until it sold for $1,950,000, which is the same amount she bought for the house in 2003, at the height of her celebrity.
Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, the 1999-built house has six bedrooms and six bathrooms. The two-acre brick Colonial has cathedral ceilings, roomy rooms, and exquisitely manicured lawns.
