The most recent piece of real estate that Rick Ross has purchased is extraordinary not only due to the celebrity lineage of its previous owner, but also due to the astounding return on investment that it has generated. A local of Miami recently made the all-cash purchase of Amar’e Stoudemire’s mansion in South Florida for the price of $3.5 million. The deal was finalized in just four days, making it the quickest sale ever recorded in the history of the gated community in which the residence is located. The property, which has been held by the former NBA all-star for more than a decade, has a main mansion that is 7,361 square feet, a guest house that is 1,314 square feet, and a garage that can fit nine cars.

The primary residence is a single-story building that features coffered ceilings, white marble floors, and 10-foot ceilings. It also has four bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, and five and a half bathrooms. There are a number of different areas for friends and family to congregate, including a kitchen fit for a chef, a secret movie theater, an interior bar area complete with a pool table, and a yoga room. The cottage has a total of two bedrooms, in addition to a kitchen, a single bathroom, and a living room.

Ross’s other residence, a 12-bedroom mansion in Atlanta, recently made headlines as the primary filming location for Coming 2 America. The mansion, with its staggering 109 rooms and 45,000 square feet, served admirably as a stand-in for a palace in the fictitious nation of Zamunda. “They changed the wallpaper in the dining room, so I asked them to keep it,” Ross told Variety of the changes made to his home by the set designers. “They also crafted the enormous table for the dining scene, which accommodates 50–60 people, and gave it to me as a gift. It is enormous.”
