Despite driving a Lamborghini, wearing luxury clothes, and having milliоns in the bank, a “regular guy” entrepreneur says he “isn’t materialistic”.
A private plane takes Dominik Gossweiler throughout the world, living a lavish lifestyle most others can only dream of.
Despite his wealth, the 24-year-old entrepreneur from a modest background says “money hasn’t changed” him and he is in business “for the game”.
“I am not affected by my money at all,” Dominik, who has 48,400 Instagram followers (@domgossweiler), told JamPrime.com.
Affluence is good, but I’m still a regular guy.
The Swiss entrepreneur, based in Zurich, denies that “money changes you as a person.”
Not materialistic at all.
Despite having more zeros in my bank account, I still enjoy to eat and do typical things. This wouldn’t effect me much if it happened.
“I love the entrepreneurial game and why not leave a legacy?”Dominik makes money through e-commerce and his company, 3CC Group AG, which teaches people how to do so. He credits his Christian religion for his “grounded” personality.
The entrepreneur, who is from Switzerland and lives in Zurich, spent most of his childhood in Chad, where his father was a Christian missionary and doctor.
His family moved to Africa when he was three and survived on donations from family and friends before returning to Europe seven years later.
Dominik calls his father his “idol” because he is “so down to earth” and says he is “incredibly proud” of his son’s successes despite their differing career paths.
He added: “My parents always tell me to be honest, ethical, transparent, and never forget God.
“That’s why some people get lost when they make money. Not believing in a higher power makes it easier to get caught up.
Money makes you feel like you own the world, but one simple thing may bring you down. Rich people who live lavishly assume they’re better than everyone else.
“That is silly and dangerous since money doesn’t transform you.”
Dominik wants to give back like his dad, starting in his previous African homeland.
He continued, “I want to inspire and motivate people.
“My plan is to build a foundation in Chad and then start giving back.
“Whether it’s a school or helping them with water or whatever, it doesn’t matter.”
“I always thought to earn so much money, you have to be an entrepreneur and now I am, it all makes sense.”
