Lil Wayne has reportedly made the decision to establish real estate in Los Angeles, following his bulk of last year spent in a rented Hollywood Hills mansion with his now-ex-girlfriend Denise Bidot. The 38-year-old rapper reportedly paid $15.4 million for an opulent residence in Hidden Hills, a guard-gated community in the San Fernando Valley that is home to many famous people, including multiple Kardashians, Drake, Lori Loughlin, Dwyane Wade, Jessica Simpson, Jeffree Star, and John Stamos.
The Weeknd’s $22 million Hidden Hills property, which has been listed for sale since last summer, is located right across the street from Weezy’s new residence.
Built in 2019 by a local builder, the hilltop property has a large home spanning over 10,000 square feet and a unique guesthouse reminiscent of a mini-me situated on a lower pad than the elevated main house. Over three acres of beautifully landscaped grounds with rolling grass and olive trees are included in the entire property. White picket fences and horse pathways around the lot, paying homage to Hidden Hills’ past as a horse-loving community, where almost half of the people still keep horses on their ranches.
The house is filled with natural light because to its large windows, which are a feature of almost every room. The family room features glass sliding doors that open to a patio, and the breakfast area features three walls of windows that face out onto the courtyard.

The incredibly roomy al fresco dining and entertaining areas are complemented with a fully functional outdoor kitchen and BBQ area. Completing the leisure amenities are a negative-edge swimming pool with an integrated spa and a sports court.

On the second floor are five apartments, each with its own bathroom. The master bedroom has a marble-encircled fireplace and a color scheme that is neutral. An open lounge space with walls of windows is attached to the bedroom; the master bathroom has a steam shower, a wide picture window, and a walk-in closet that’s connected.

Reached by a short driveway, the guesthouse has a small kitchen and a comfortable living area.
