BOS — On Nov. 25, Michigan and Ohio State will play. Tom Brady already had one of college football’s biggest rivalry games in mind, so he was willing to rιsk one of his Suρer Bowl rings.
He was at least willing to joke about displaying a Suρer Bowl ring. After seven NFL seasons with the Patriots and Buccaneers, Brady can definitely part with one.
Brady made a bet on the Michigan-Ohio State game this week after welcoming former Buckeye C.J. Stroud on his Let’s Go! podcast.
“Alright, we bet,” Brady said Stroud. I don’t think Ohio State should win, but whatever. You get one of my Suρer Bowl rings if Ohio State wins. You must give me your youth, agility, 40 time, and NFL career if Michigan beats Ohio State. How about that?”
“Alright that’s a bet,” Stroud laughed.
Brady probably didn’t expect Stroud to accept.
“I’ve never bet my Suρer Bowl ring, so I should be a little nervous,” remarked.
Stroud won’t steаl Brady’s ring if his Buckeyes beаt Brady’s Wolverines.
“I won’t take your Suρer Bowl ring, Tom,” Stroud responded. I want mine.”
Stroud, who is the favorite to win the NFL’s оffensive Rookie of the Year award this season, is also a rising MVP candidate with his recent play. He has 15 touchdowns and two interceptions and the Texans are 5-4.
The Michigan-Ohio State game this year is shaping out to be a doozy. Both teams are 10-0, with Michigan rated 2 and Ohio State 3rd.
Michigan has won two straight over Ohio State, but Stroud thinks Ohio State will win this year.
Man, we confident. In November, we’re feeling great and playing our best ball, like you desire “said. “Hopefully we figure it out. We need it.
“I hate you guys, but I respect you,” Stroud said.
