William Leonard Roberts II, better known as Rick Ross, needs a lot of money: He allegedly obtained a contract to live on Miami’s well-known Star Island.
The Real Deal claims that Ross has celebrity neighbors Gloria Estefan and Sean “Diddy” Combs, who welcomed Ross to the upscale area with a golf cart.
At $37.5 million, the 9,747-square-foot estate has six bedrooms and 8.5 baths. The record executive’s opulent new home is about an acre in size and has 100 feet of great waterfront. The pricey property is listed as “pending sale” at the moment.
It was meant to be a stunning residence designed for a chief executive officer. The guard-gated entrance to the lavish home is reached by a long road.
The interior of the house is decorated with custom millwork, and several of the rooms have tall glass walls that allow the hip-hop musician to enjoy the breathtaking views.
