With a price tag of up to eighteen million dollars, the mansion that basketball player Dion Waiters owns in Florida has left us feeling overwhelmed.
The seller is a guard named Dion Waiters, who played in the NBA in the past. Waiters was selected by the Cleveland Cavaliers with the fourth overall pick in the 2012 Professional Basketball Association Draft.

Player who played for eight seasons and had a reputation for being able to score a significant number of points, the most prolific shooter in the National Basketball Association (NBA), who never encountered a shot that he did not want to attempt. Additionally, he was given the nickname “Waiters Island” by NBA commentators who admired his confidence and had faith in his abilities.
Since the Los Angeles Lakers and Waiters won the title together in the year 2020, Waiters has not been available to play in the league. Now, Waiters is expanding its operations outside the borders of South Florida.
In accordance with the information provided by listing agent Ashley Michelle Velez of P.U.R.E Investments, Inc., he frequently returns to his hometown of Philadelphia because he enjoys being there. They have not made up their minds about whether or not they want to remain in Miami at this moment. They have been switching between Philadelphia and Miami on a regular basis.
The home, which was built in 2016, is approximately 14,000 square feet in size and is situated on more than two acres of land. Even the notorious shooter changed his name so that it better suited his home.

Velez maintains that “the kitchen is just amazing.” You have so much space with all the islands, I tell you. When you enter, you think, “Wow.”
The house has a stunning entrance thanks to the series of reflecting pools in front of it. A large amount of seating, an outdoor kitchen, a teppanyaki grill, and barbeque surround the swimming pool area in the backyard. There is still room for more.
“There are two areas of the yard where you could definitely add a tennis court or a full basketball court, which is something that a lot of people in Miami want to do—they just don’t have the land for it,” Velez notes.
It is her assertion that the house has been visited by a number of wealthy individuals, including a few football players, a basketball player, and other wealthy individuals.
Velez continues by saying, “I work with a lot of athletes and entertainers, so I am familiar with that caliber of clientele.” In the past, I have sold homes for a lot more and a lot less than this amount. Upon my initial inspection of the house, I found it to be quite nice. The house is incredible in size, and the experience of visiting it is just breathtaking.
