Russell Wilson, the former dual-threat quarterback for the Seattle Seahawks who won the Super Bowl, and Ciara, a fashion model and R&B singer, have put their stunning $36 million mansion on the market.
Wilson, who was once the highest-paid player in the NFL and made roughly $35 million a year in his last years with the Seahawks, and the singer of “Goodies” and “Speechless,” who is also a tireless entrepreneur and devoted philanthropist, hope to nearly triple their money from the sale of their two-parcel waterfront estate. The two residences were purchased in two different transactions, the first in 2015, the year before their wedding, and the second in 2019, for a total of $13.4 million, according to the documents.
The listings owned by Windermere Real Estate Co.’s Chandler and Carmen Gayton claim that the two parcels are also offered for individual purchase. The property with the sport court and detached garage is advertised for $8 million, while the main house parcel is valued at $28 million.
Situated on three levels, the property spans little over 11,000 square feet and features six bedrooms, five bathrooms, and two powder rooms. It is equipped with an elevator and a striking circular staircase adorned with wrought iron.
