Should LeBron James take inspiration from Tom Brady?

At 45, Brady retired earlier this year. LeBron is the league’s oldest player at 38. Notably, his age has not harmed his game and he is still performing. LeBron’s retirement has long been discussed among basketball enthusiasts.
However, John Salley feels the Lakers legend will not retire soon. Salley said, “he looks better [at 38] than he did at 28”. The NBA veteran believes LeBron can still compete at his best, especially after breaking Kareem Abdul-Jabbar’s scoring mark last season. The 59-year-old advised LeBron to emulate Brady’s 45-year-old record. The NBA veteran thinks the 38-year-old can play another 5-7 years.
