The work was titled Calm Your Mind with Food: A Revolutionary Guide to Controlling Your Anxiety by author and nutritional psychiatrist Dr. Uma Naidoo.
Naidoo is a board-certified psychiatrist from Harvard Medical School.
She’s also the author of the bestseller This is Your Brain on Food.
Calm Your Mind with Food: A Revolutionary Guide to Controlling Your Anxiety is not available to the public yet.
The book is expected to be released on December 26 and be made available to all.
It gives tips and is a full-body approach to help relieve anxiety.
“A great book, with a great approach to mentаl wellness through diet,” Brady reviewed on Instagram.
“Something we can ALL use to improve our lives.”
The New England Patriots legend is still in incredible shape post-playing days.
His diet has famously been coined the TB12 Method or TB12 diet.
It’s claimed to be one of the reasons for Brady’s 23-year career in the NFL.
The diet emphasizes eating whole, minimally processed foods and bans foods thought to promote inflammation.
The method has an extensive list of foods to avoid, including sugary products, salty foods, alcоhоl, and even caffeine.
