The 31-year-old singer and actress appeared to be on good terms with Samuel, who is the creator of a fashion line and a former talent booker for the failed Fyre Festival fraud, when he married Esther Shemia at a chateau in Condecourt, France.
Selena nearly stole the show with her snug black fur coat, which kept her warm on the chilly day.
Her most recent public reunions with Krost appear to have occurred in 2019 and 2021, respectively, while a source informed Entertainment Tonight on Sunday that the Spring Breakers star is currently only ‘casually dating’.
She was seen descending a flight of stairs heading out of the event, trailed by several males dressed in suits and tuxedos.
Selena was dressed modestly in a black maxi dress that extended nearly to the ground and was fashioned loosely enough that she had to grab the dress as she walked to avoid tripping on it.
A gorgeous black fur coat above the dress shimmered in the dim light, though it wasn’t clear if it was real or synthetic fur.
Her long caramel-highlighted hair was arranged in a bun with leftover wavy strands falling over her back and shoulders, and she stood tall in a pair of black open-toe stilettos that strapped around her ankles.
Selena looked stunning with a mauve lip and a beautiful smokey eye.
She completed her appearance with a gleaming silver handbag with an asymmetrical sweep at the top.
The singer was seen conversing with a female buddy as she exited the event and entered the courtyard outside.
Her ex-husband Samuel dressed up the traditional tuxedo with a shiny double-breasted black satin jacket and a particularly floppy bow tie.
Esther looked gorgeous in a white bridal gown with numerous layers of intricately designed lace.
The bride wore a lovely translucent bodice with extra lace around her neck and a white veil that covered her face.
She was spotted descending a set of steps with many attendants holding her dress up as she held a bouquet of pale pink flowers.
For much of the day, she appeared to be concerned with comfort, as she was seen wandering around in her full gown and what appeared to be sparkling white sneakers.
Later, the brunette beauty flashed an ear-to-ear grin as she waved down to her friends and family from a chateau window.
Samuel and Selena appeared to keep their relationship under wraps.
When the former pair was photographed holding hands in 2015, it fanned relationship suspicions, although Selena never commented on the relationship.
The next year, Samuel published a since-deleted Instagram post that claimed to confirm the connection, despite the fact that it appeared to be behind them at the time.
‘Selena is a genuine young lady with a genuine heart and genuine feelings. Understand that love is genuine, all you shallow people who are unhappy with your love life,’ he added. ‘Although we have taken different roads, I know that love exists. Sel, I adore you.’
Krost’s friendship with Gomez brought him to the notice of many of her fans for the first time, although he would later be linked to the disastrous Fyre Festival after admitting that he had been paid to arrange musical artists for the event.
He is also noted for establishing a fashion label.
The duo was seen together again in 2019, and again in 2021, however she stressed on social media that she was not dating anyone at the time.
Despite attending her best friend’s wedding, Selena does not appear to be in a committed relationship at the moment.
According to a person close to her, she is now keeping her dating life informal.
‘Selena is casually dating and doing well,’ according to a source. ‘She is doing her own thing and does not feel obligated to be in a relationship. She’s just focused on what’s best for her right now and has been extremely aware of her own boundaries. Her friends and family are rooting for her and want her to be happy.’
She piqued fans’ interest and sparked relationship rumors earlier this year when she was sighted with The Chainsmokers’ Drew Taggart.
In March, she was photographed holding hands with former One Direction member Zayn Malik, and the two even kissed while dining out, sparking new romance speculations.
