Pop-punk artist Machine Gun Kelly made headlines in 2022 when he bought his first Los Angeles home from popular YouTuber Logan Paul. The $7.5 million mansion would be the perfect place for him and his “twin flame,” Megan Fox, to settle down. It features a modern farmhouse style.
Colson Baker, a.k.a. Machine Gun Kelly, is deserving of recognition for accomplishing important goals in 2022.
Kelly paid $7.5 million for the Encino property that was previously owned by YouTube sensation Logan Paul following his engagement to Megan Fox.
The 32-year-old musician has chosen wisely for his first real estate acquisition in Los Angeles.
Located in the heart of the city’s economic core is the serene and family-friendly Los Angeles neighborhood of Encino. A few more well-known individuals that have relocated there are Selena Gomez, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, and Gwen Stefani.
According to Dirt.com, the property sold for $7.5 million after originally being listed for $9 million. MGK has won this transaction even though the price is far less than what was advertised.
The price reduction might have been influenced by his close friendship with the YouTuber. Nonetheless, Paul has made some money since he paid just $6.6M for the home when he first bought it in 2017.
Before making his significant purchase, MGK was reportedly spending $30,000 a month in rent on a Sherman Oaks home, according to the New York Post. Colson and Fox’s 5,300-square-foot modern house became a nest for their romance after they moved in together in 2021.
The couple began dated in 2020 while they were shooting Midnight in the Switchgrass. Rumors about the growing romance started to spread shortly after.
Kelly has prepared for their wedding and ensured their future with his beautiful Encino home. After his tour, he is probably going to move into Logan Paul’s Encino home, which he bought in April.
The enormous mansion has 8,689 square feet, seven bedrooms, and eight bathrooms. In the 1970s, renowned architect Robert Byrd designed it.
Many modifications have been made to the original design since then. With some contemporary upgrades, the gorgeous house yet maintains its rustic farmhouse aesthetic.
The gunmetal gray façade features polished concrete, stone-lined walls, and reclaimed wood sidings.
The rooms feel warm and modern thanks to their large glass doors and soaring ceilings. The house has a ranch-style appearance due to its exposed wooden beams, which are visible in every room.
