Drake is selling his third and last Beverly Hills house, and he saved the best for last. The stunning monster home with a Tuscan flair is up for a startling $88 million.
The almost 25,000-square-foot estate was initially created by KAA Design Group for Guess creator Armand Marciano, who chose to have Mediterranean-style, old world-inspired furnishings. The mansion was constructed over several years in the late 1990s. After paying $33 million for the property in 2015, English pop sensation Robbie Williams renovated it in a modern manner. Drake purchased the pad from Williams last March for $75 million. It’s unknown if the Grammy Award–winning rapper altered the property in the previous 12 months.
