Mansion Global claims that Mark Wahlberg has at last found a buyer for his enormous Beverly Park mansion. The actor reduced the asking price of the 6.2-acre property from $87.5 million in April of last year to $79.5 million in November. He was able to sell the estate for $55 million last week after being able to part with the house at an even bigger discount. After purchasing the property in 2009 for about $8.25 million, Wahlberg and his spouse went on to construct the 30,500-square-foot mansion that is still there today.
This specific rendition of a traditional French country manor, designed by Richard Landry (Landry also created the Tom Brady and Giselle Bündchen mansion currently owned by Dr. Dre), has twelve bedrooms spread throughout the main house and a guest cottage, along with an astounding twenty bathrooms.
