The property listing for Coldwell Banker Realty states that the house sold unfurnished on August 19 for $7.5 million less than its $40 million asking price. The buyers’ identities were confirmed by Wall Street Journal and South Florida Business Journal reports after TMZ had revealed that Lopez and Rodriquez were the purchasers.
