Rick Ross, who happens to be the owner of a song with the title “I’m Not a Star,” has recently become the newest inhabitant of Star Island, which is located in Miami.
In the previous month, there were stories that surfaced claiming that The Boss had his sights set on a mansion on the private island that features a beachfront location. This past week, the rapper known as “Hustlin” successfully completed the acquisition of the residence that was indicated. It was Rozay who put down the substantial sum of $35 million for the enormous mega-mansion that encompassed 40,000 square feet and was located in close proximity to the heart of the prestigious and protected enclave. There are a number of famous people that have opulent properties on this island, including Diddy, Jennifer Lopez, Gloria Estefan, and Ken Griffen, who is worth a billion dollars collectively. In light of the fact that there are only thirty residences available on Star Island, it is quite an accomplishment that the music executive was able to acquire a portion of the island that is highly sought after.
Jill Eber from The Jills Zeder Group, along with colleagues Jill Hertzberg, Felise Eber, and Fabio Lopes, who represented the seller, expressed their excitement, stating, “We are thrilled to have swiftly found the perfect buyer for this remarkable property shortly after listing.
Star Island is truly unique, and we are confident that the buyer will be delighted with his new abode on this highly coveted island.” Ross was represented by Kimberly Knausz from ONE Sotheby’s International Realty and Tawanda Roberts from Florida Realty of Miami.
Knausz added, “He was instantly captivated by the grand entrance, featuring an expansive driveway that leads to the mansion, exuding an aura of genuine luxury. The distinctive architecture also played a role, as it transcends the norms of modern homes and he intends to personalize it to reflect his own style.”
The expansive 12,374-square-foot estate comprises six bedrooms and nine bathrooms, along with an extensive 100-foot waterfront along Biscayne Bay. The current setup includes a two-car garage, but the founder of Maybach Music Group will undoubtedly require more space to accommodate his cherished automobiles.
Moreover, for his voyages by boat, a 40-foot dock complete with electricity and water connections is available. Perhaps he’ll acquire that Lamborghini yacht he’s been eyeing—if he hasn’t already.
Ross would undoubtedly find the expansive stone patio, outdoor kitchen, and swimming pool to be of great use. The property is well-known for throwing elaborate celebrations that are attended by members of the celebrity community.
A glass-enclosed lobby, a living room with towering 30-foot ceilings and a mahogany fireplace that was custom-made, a media room, and a library are all located inside the home that is two stories tall. In close proximity to these, the chef’s kitchen features a separate breakfast room, granite countertops, a butler’s pantry, and high-end appliances of the highest quality.
It is readily apparent that Ross has a preference for the most refined indulgences that life has to offer, and as a result, the primary suite is nothing short of extravagant. Imagine shutters that can be operated remotely, a wet bar, two walk-in closets that are quite spacious, and two bathrooms that are decorated with marble.
