It’s difficult to believe Lizzo has only been well-known for three years.
Since then, the Grammy-winning, best-selling, and frequently controversial rapper and songwriter has established a devoted following throughout the globe, seen two of his singles and albums reach the top of the Billboard charts, started a clothing line, and had an Emmy-winning television program. The 34-year-old bought Harry Styles’ previous property in the 90210, where she presently resides.
The oak tree-studded property, hidden in a gated neighborhood high in the foothills above Beverly Hills, has a musical history. Styles resided there from 2014–2016. He sold it at a mιllιon-dollar loss to husband-and-wife partnership Simo Design, who designed Jon Hamm and Nicole Richie’s homes. The team worked with Fischer Construction to build a larger, more beautiful mansion to replace the Styles residence.
The 5,300-square-foot modernist treehouse is luxurious. Aaron Bay-Schuck, Warner Records CEO and experienced music professional, bought the 2019 mansion for $11 mιllιon. After three years, Bay-Schuck sold the mansion to Lizzo for $15 mιllιon. Bay-Schuck now owns a $22 mιllιon Beverly Hills mansion once owned by Sofia Richie.

Behind two walls and gates, the house contains three bedrooms, three complete bathrooms, and two powder rooms. The home’s center features an open-air atrium with a fig tree, and a spinning entrance door that leads to a double-height lobby. The majority of the main floor is naturally lit, including the tastefully decorated formal dining and living spaces.

Quartzite stone, oil-rubbed walnut cabinets, an Ipe wood balcony, and a ceramic brick bookcase are all highlights of the kitchen. The bedroom and bathroom of the upper master suite, which is over 1,000 square feet in size, are separated by a marble slab wall. There’s also a glass-topped island walk-in closet, a concrete soaking tub, and a “floating” soapstone fireplace.

Lizzo has shown off her new residence. The “Truth Hurts” singer, who was raised in Houston but was born in Detroit, has posted pictures and videos of herself twerking on wooden decks, meadows, and soundproof movie theaters on Twitter. Beneath the master bedroom suite, there’s a 58-foot infinity pool that views the canyons filled with oak trees below.
