With eight residences in four states, Taylor Swift may soon be a real estate billionaire in addition to her music business. Forbes values the 33-year-old superstar, who recently finished the first U.S. leg of her record-breаking Eras Tour, at $570 million, $150 million of which is in real estate.
Country girl to global pop sensation, Swift has gone far. Her rise began on a Christmas tree farm in Cumru Township, Pennsylvania, before the Swift family relocated 15 minutes to a five-bedroom mansion in Wyomissing, outside Reading. She started playing guitar and showing an interest in music at a Georgian Colonial mansion. Swift encouraged her parents to move to Nashville at 14 to pursue her music career, where she bought her first apartment in 2009 and still owns.
Swift owns eight homes, from a $150 million TriBeCa penthouse to an 11,000-square-foot California landmark, since overcoming critics. During a successful tour that Forbes predicts will make her a billionaire by the end of the year, she may conquer more real estate and write new songs about it.

WEST VILLAGE APARTMENT, NEW YORK
Swift rented this 1870 brick townhouse, renowned for her song “I rent a place on Cornelia Street,” from 2016 to 2017 while renovating her $50 million TriBeCa loft. This beautiful home is now listed for $17.9 million or $45,000 a month. It features four bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and a huge indoor pool. Luxury elements include double-height ceilings, historic Parisian brickwork, and extravagant chandeliers. One of her most magnificent homes, its historic charm and new upgrades make it sumptuous and expensive.2
TRIBECA PENTHOUSE, NEW YORK
Swift bought two neighboring penthouses in a historic TriBeCa building at 155 Franklin Street in 2014 and turned them into a big duplex with 10 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a billiards room, and a stunning staircase. The coolest part? She bought these residences from Peter Jackson.Page Six reported that Taylor offered Sophie Turner and her children this condo while she pursues custody problems in her acrimonious divorce from Joe Jonas. Cosmopolitan says Turner has been seen in the neighborhood looking “unbothered and incredible.” We would too if we lived in this luxurious, prime-location property.3
NEIGHBORING TRIBECA TOWNHOUSE, NEW YORK
Swift moved horizontally by buying the century-old townhouse next door three years after buying the two TriBeCa penthouses. With a home cinema, gym, guest suite, and terrace, the mansion is estimated to be worth $18 million. Architect and designer Leopoldo Rosati refurbished the 1915 building.4
TRIBECA NEW YORK CONDO EXPANSION, NEW YORK
The 12-time Grammy winner bought a three-bedroom, 3,500-square-foot loft on the second floor of the same TriBeCa building for $9.75 million in early 2018, significantly increasing her ownership in 155 Franklin Street. Former financier Jeremy Phillips owned the flat.5
BEVERLY HILLS ESTATE, LOS ANGELES
The most stunning of Swift’s three Los Angeles houses is her 1934 Beverly Hills estate, bought in 2015. After buying the 10,982-square-foot mansion from Samuel Goldwyn, Swift is restoring and turning it into a historic landmark.6
WATCH HILL SEASIDE ESTATE, RHODE ISLAND
Taylor Swift’s 12,000-square-foot seaside mansion on Rhode Island’s highest point hosts her legendary A-list events (including Independence Day). One of her best purchases, this estate has seven bedrooms, eight fireplaces, a gorgeous pool, and 700-foot coastal views.7
BEVERLY HILLS MIDCENTURY MODERN HOME, LOS ANGELES
Swift no longer owns this 1950s Hollywood-style ranch-style home. The residence is bright and airy due to its setting at the foot of verdant hills. The four-bedroom, four-bath house has white vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass, and, best of all, a 1,000-bottle, climate-controlled wine cellar despite its modest exterior. She bought the house in 2012 and offered it in May 2018. It sold for $2.65 million in September, $300,000 below asking. She made $850,000 on the sale.8
GREEK REVIVAL ESTATE, NASHVILLE
Swift bought Northumberland Estate, a massive Greek Revival in Nashville, despite her jet-set lifestyle. She bought the exquisitely designed 5,600-square-foot main house and 2,000-square-foot guesthouse in 2011 for $2.5 million. It boasts vaulted ceilings, herringbone floors, and marble fireplaces.9
MUSIC ROW PENTHOUSE, NASHVILLE
Taylor Swift bought a 3,240-square-foot Music Row condo in Nashville at 20 in 2009. The upscale Adelicia building’s industrial-style condo has open-concept living and large floor-to-ceiling windows. The singer described her residence as “whimsically girlie,” resembling a “shabby-chic Alice in Wonderland.”
