After years of attempting to find a new occupant during its spells for sale, Donald Trump’s oceanfront house in Palm Beach, Florida, is now again searching for a renter.
Over the years, the eight-bedroom, 11-bathroom monster has been marketed for $49 million, $59 million, and — in terms of rent — $208,000 per month.
According to its Zillow ad, it is now asking $195,000 per month for access to its 10,000-plus square feet of space, panoramic Atlantic vistas, and 200 feet of water frontage.
The estate is next to the former president’s Mar-a-Lago beach club, to which “approved occupants” will have access.
Margit Brandt of Premier Estate Properties, which advertised the home, declined to comment to Bloomberg on what said permission included.
