Hedge investor Jeffrey Feinberg recently paid $44 million for a massive 54,885-square-foot estate, surpassing the property’s $43 million asking price in an off-market transaction. Why is it worth the extra money? To start, the house features an abundance of amenities, especially for those who enjoy sports, such as a pool and spa, a three-hole putting green, and a half basketball court. It’s also the most recent creation of nearby developer Ramtin Ray Nosrati of Huntington Estate Properties, who included a rooftop garden with cannabis plants as one of his trademark features.
Nosrati tells Robb Report, “The moment you go and enter this beauty, you feel like you’re on vacation.” The house is located in Brentwood on a private 1.2-acre lot with views of the neighboring Getty Museum; it’s a very elite area. The property has a driveway that goes to the basement as well as a guest home for guests.
