You may already know that Rick Ross loves to show off how rich he is. He’s not only a rapper; he also runs a business, writes books, and runs a record label. The artist built up a net worth of $45 million by always focusing on business. He spends a lot of that money on cars.
Even though there are more than 100 cars in the collection, the Chevrolet Bel Air is the one that stands out. The rapper has said that he likes GM cars and has a number of them in different colors and styles. Not long ago, he showed us around his black garage, which was organized by color and had a Caprice, several Bel Airs, and Impalas.
In honor of his 46th birthday, Rick Ross showed off his brand-new garage addition: a perfectly restored Chevrolet Bel Air. The rapper drives past two Rolls-Royces and a Ferrari 488 Spider on his way to his Bel Air. The video was first shared on his Instagram Stories. As he walks to the car, he says, “Let me show you the birthday present I got myself.” He also says that the Chevy is from 1955 and is the second version of the Bel Air.
Along with the car, he had a picture with XXL magazine at his 235-acre Atlanta, Georgia, home, which he calls “The Promise Land,” where he showed off his garage.
When asked about his home country, he says, “Your car is your first status symbol.” As a “fan of everything with a motor,” he says he loves and collects cars. This includes foreign, new, and modern cars, but his “passion” is for “vintage, old school whips.”
He also said in the interview that he was going to hold his first Rick Ross Car Show this year, which will be like a Barrett-Jackson sale. We’re excited to see how that goes.
