Michael B. Jordan, who is most known for his role in the film “Creed,” is reportedly asking for $12.995 million for his home in Los Angeles, as stated by listing agent Andrew Mortaza of The Agency. Following the purchase of the home in May 2022, the actor from “Creed” made an investment of approximately $500,000 to improve the property’s security and air conditioning systems.
Mr. Mortaza and his colleague Bryan Castaneda, who are listed on the property, claim that the estate, which has eight bedrooms and roughly 12,300 square feet of space, is located in the Royal Estates neighborhood of Encino, which is a prestigious neighborhood.
Mr. Jordan paid $12.51 mιllιon for the house in May 2022 and invested roughly $500,000 improving the air conditioning and security systems.
The mansion was constructed in 2021 and has an elevator, a wine room enclosed by glass, a home theater with a snack bar, and a gym with a hot tub. The master bedroom suite has two enormous walk-in closets. He claims that’s the biggest “wow” factor for guests.
According to Mr. Mortaza, the nearly half-acre property also includes a two-story guesthouse, a separate massage room, a pool, an outdoor kitchen, and a cabana with a fireplace. He claimed to not understand Mr. Jordan’s motivation for selling.
Later this year, Mr. Jordan, who starred in the “Creed” and “Black Panther” movies, will appear in “Creed III,” which he also directed. In addition, he helped start the marketing firm Obsidianworks.
During the month of November, the median sale price in Encino was approximately $1.18 million, as reported by the real estate service Redfin. This represents a reduction of 6.2% compared to the same month in 2021.
