The real estate endeavors of Future are also making headlines at the moment. According to The Real Deal, he just purchased a lavish property on Miami Beach’s exclusive Allison Island, which overlooks the water, from French insurance CEO Laurent Ouazana and his wife Pascale for a substantial sum of money, which was $16.3 million. It was in the year 2020 that the Ouazanas made the purchase of the land, which was valued at $12.5 million and included an adjacent parcel that has since been sold to developers. Even though there was a huge reduction of $3.6 million off the first listed price, the new price tag still reflects a big rise in comparison to the initial purchase price.
The futuristic mansion called Future was constructed in the year 2020 and is located on a property that is a quarter of an acre in size. This remarkable home features a total of seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and approximately 8,000 square feet of living area that is distinguished by high ceilings, walls of glass, and a smooth flow from the indoors to the outside. It has a number of luxurious amenities, such as an elevator, a rooftop patio, a guesthouse, housing for workers, and a huge garage that can accommodate three cars.
The interior of the mansion offers a spacious great room with living and dining areas, along with a well-appointed kitchen featuring custom Ornare cabinetry, a large eat-in island, and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. Upstairs, the luxurious master suite includes a sitting area with a wet bar and wine refrigerator, an expansive balcony, dual walk-in closets, and a lavish bathroom with dual vanities, a substantial glass-enclosed shower, and a freestanding soaking tub.
Outside, the resort-like grounds are a paradise with an infinity-edge pool and a raised spa, complemented by an open-air pavilion equipped with a kitchen. There’s also an abundance of space for lounging and entertaining. Furthermore, the property has a private dock with 75 feet of water frontage, providing ample space for mooring a luxury yacht.
Dina Goldentayer of Douglas Elliman handled the listing, while Jordan Karp of Jordan Karp LLC represented the client. Future’s latest real estate acquisition is undoubtedly a testament to his success and his desire to enjoy the finer things in life.
