Tom Brady’s rental property following his divorce from Gisele Bundchen is available for $15.9 million.
Realtor.com reports the former Patriots quarterback’s three-bedroom Surfside, Florida, rental in the luxury Fendi Chateau Residences skyscraper. Mendel Fellig of Compass lists it.

Brady paid $60,000 a month for the 4,103-square-foot ninth-floor home. The condo’s floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the Atlantic Ocean. A private elevator leads to the contemporary, open-plan apartment.
The contemporary kitchen has Gaggenau appliances, wall ovens, an island with a prep sink and wine fridge, and a breakfast bar. The large dining room has lit built-ins. The ocean-view master suite offers a soaking tub and own patio.
Built in 2016, the building offers 58 beachfront apartments. Fitness facility with sauna, steam room, private massage room, in-house salon, residents-only restaurant, and kid’s club all included in the $8,899 monthly unit cost.
According to Realtor.com, the median Surfside house listing price was $1.7 million in November, up 13.3% from previous year. The median listed property price per square foot was $965 and the median sales price was $1.1 million.
Surfside, a short drive between Miami and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood airports, with a walkable center and a calm beach.
Surfside’s initial residents were Tequesta Indians. The municipality was formed in 1935 by 35 members of the Surf Club, a celebrity hangout. The club became the Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club.
Brady played 23 NFL seasons, 20 with the Patriots and three with the Buccaneers. He won seven Suρer Bowls.
