Jennifer Lopez has something new to celebrate.
According to a report from the Wall Street Journal on Monday, the singer’s Bel Air mansion has found a new owner after selling at just under $34 million. The eight-acre estate was originally put on the market for $42.5 million, nearly six months after Lopez, 54, celebrated tying the knot with Ben Affleck with a ceremony in Georgia.
The newly purchased 3,270-square-foot duplex has been recently refurbished and modernized and features details such as high ceilings, fireplaces, traditional plaster moldings and an internal courtyard garden and double-height atrium.
An entrance hall leads into the home which boasts a main reception room with French-doors opening onto a terrace; a study; an open-plan kitchen and dining area; an Art Deco-inspired curved staircase; and three bedrooms, including a primary bedroom suite with a dressing room, with dedicated storage and display for designer bags and shoes.
