Snoop Dogg’s Daughter Cori, 24, Shares Warning Signs of Her ‘Severe’ Strоke: ‘Listen to Your Body’

Cori Broadus, Snoop Dogg’s daughter, is talking about some of the signs she saw before she had a serious strоke earlier this month.

The 24-year-old, who is the daughter of the 52-year-old rapper and his wife Shanté, wrote on her Instagram Story on Monday about some of the symptoms she had before the strоke. These included blurry vision, feeling sick, being tired, and having “really bad headache pаin” on the right side of her head.

“All of my signs the day before the strоke. “Pay attention to your body,” she wrote. “I’m glad I’m still alive and can share my story.”

In addition, Broadus said that her blооd pressure was very high before the health scаre. She has been keeping track of her readings every day since she got home.

“Before I had my strоke, my blооd pressure was about 170. After that, it quickly dropped.” “I’ve been trying to just keep track of everything,” she wrote, then showed that her blооd pressure was 118/80 mmHg. “I checked it again!” Oh my gosh, God is so good to me. It hasn’t been this nice in a while!!!!” 

Broadus finally said last week that she was going home from the hospital after a CT scan of her chest showed that everything was “normal.” She later shared a picture of a living room with the words “Welcome Home” on a sign.

Broadus also shared again a picture from the past that her mother had posted. The singer was a child in the picture with her mother Shanté and aunt Sharelle Fuller.

Broadus answered, “Brb I’m going to cry my eyes out really quick.”

It was also at the Los Angeles opening of The Underdoggs last week that Snoop Dogg told PEOPLE about his daughter’s health. 

He told PEOPLE at the opening, “She’s doing a little bit better.” 

When asked if the strоke of his daughter had changed his view of life, he said, “Yeah, yeah.” That kind of thing.”

Broadus has had lupus since she was 6 years old and has had a bunch of health problems. Her most recent scаre happened while she was still sick.
