Sadio Mane, a star player for Liverpool, has spent over £700,000 on new buildings in his home town of Bambali in Senegal. These include a hospital, school, post office, and gas station.
Mane, who is leaving Liverpool for Bayern Munich this summer, went back to Bambali last week to play in a wet football game with El-Hadji Diouf and Papiss Cisse, both of whom used to play in the Premier League.
The 30-year-old went to Senegal and saw the £455,000 hospital that he helped pay for last year. The hospital serves 34 towns in the area.

The winger went back to the village where he grew up in Senegal to play in a muddy local football game.The kind-hearted forward has also built a public secondary school in the village for £250,000. Bambali is quickly becoming a town, and there are now more than 2,000 people living there.
He promised to build a post office and was caught on camera opening a new gas station.
Mane’s kindness, on the other hand, has gone far beyond paying for new buildings.The Liverpool forward also went to Bambali’s hospital, which he paid for with £455,000 last summer.
The Senegalese player made it official that he wants to leave Anfield at the end of the season.
Laptops have also been given to the school, kids in the town have been given free clothing, and 4G internet has been set up.
The Liverpool star is said to have agreed to personal terms with Bayern. He will soon sign a three-year deal at the Allianz Arena after finishing a test on Tuesday.
It is thought that the transfer fee will be around £35.1 million.
The 30-year-old has arrived in Germany ahead of a medical at Bayern Munich on Tuesday
