On Friday, Angeline Jolie strolled through the New York airport in style.
The 47-year-old Oscar winner walked through security wearing an all-black outfit that included a trench coat that reached her knees over jeans and a shirt. The Eternals actress wore little makeup to highlight her natural attractiveness while brushing her long, brown hair straight.
Wearing aviator glasses, the Kung Fu Panda actress attempted to maintain a low profile while walking with her 18-year-old daughter Zahara Jolie-Pitt. She looked makeup free, had her hair done in long braids, and had a big orange carry-on bag over her shoulder.
The student from Spelman University has been taking a vacation from studies, which are set to resume the following week. It seems like Angelina and Zahara have been having a great time together in New York.
Earlier in the day, the couple was seen leaving their hotel, with the director of First They Killed My Father toting the same sizable YSL quilted bag she had brought through security.
Angelina has a packed itinerary for today. After wrapping up her job as director and producer of the thriller Without Blood, Angelina is scheduled to appear in front of the camera a third time, this time as the sorceress Maleficent.
In the biopic Maria, she will also play the role of the renowned opera singer Maria Callas.
The Girl Interrupted actress may lip sync or sing in the movie, but that is unknown.
The actress, who is renowned for her thorough preparation, told the Hollywood Reporter in October that she took her duty for Maria’s life and legacy very seriously. I’ll do all in my power to rise to the occasion. She spoke about a mother who waited outside a jail for her kid in a video that she uploaded on Instagram on Friday.
She said, “An Iranian mother begs to save her son, 22-year-old Muhammad Ghobadlou, who is facing execution in Iran, at the prison gates.”
“Please pause for a moment and hear the anguish in her voice.” I can only begin to fathom the extent of the grief and anguish experienced by the mothers of young people who have been slain, beaten, or imprisoned since the start of the woman, life, and freedom demonstrations since I am a mother of children who are around the same age. We listen to the moms.
“We never forget your courageous loved ones who put their lives in danger for Iran and others.”
