The price of OL Campbell’s amazing property with eight bedrooms has been reduced by ten million dollars.
Former Arsenal and England player, who is now 49 years old, put the Grade II-listed mansion in Chelsea, West London, up for sale in 2021 with a price tag of twenty-five million pounds.

He first reduced the price of the six-storey house in September 2022 after reportedly being cheated out of £1.5m in rent.
Due to the fact that a renter had failed to pay their rent, Sol was had to go to court in order to acquire an eviction notice.
It is believed that he has owned the property since 2004, and that his wife, Fiona Barrett, who was already an interior designer at the time, later undertook a significant remodel of the house.
However, Sol has now cut the asking price of the property to £15 million, despite the fact that it has been on the market for three years and is still available for purchase.
There are a total of six bedrooms in the main house of this breathtaking property, in addition to a separate mews house that has two beds and can be entered through an underground corridor.
At the same time as it offers breathtaking views of the River Thames and Albert Bridge, it also features a drawing room, a cinema, a library, a kitchen, and an elevator.
“A Grade II listed townhouse, overlooking the river, that has been extensively refurbished and excellently interior designed to create an elegant and substantial London home,” the property description reads. The townhouse is currently on the market via Knight Frank.
“With secure gated access from the front, a walled garden and further protection provided by the mews house at the rear, this is a private and secure house that offers discretion and a sense of tranquillity throughout.”
According to rumors coming from The Mirror, the townhouse can be found on the prestigious street of Cheyne Walk, which was formerly inhabited by notable individuals such as George Best, Keith Richard, and Mick Jagger.
However, the footballer, who also played for Tottenham Hotspur and led Portsmouth to FA Cup victory in 2008, has a complicated connection with his previous residence. He captained Portsmouth to victory back in 2008.
As a result of a disagreement regarding rent that occurred two years ago with a tenant, Sol was left fuming.
It was his assertion that he had been given a deposit and three months’ worth of rent by a gentleman who had recently sold his insurance company for one billion pounds, but he had not received any additional payments.
In the years following his retirement from the playing profession, Sol has held managerial positions at both Macclesfield and Southend.
However, he also has a spectacular property empire that is worth a staggering fifty million pounds, as well as his own furniture business that he runs with his wife, Fiona.
Additionally, it is reported that he is the owner of the nine-bedroom Grade II-listed Hallington Hall in Northumberland, in addition to the Chelsea townhouse. Additionally, he is said to own a luxurious penthouse home in West London.
There have been inquiries made to representatives of the former football player for their opinions.
