A judge has been informed that Angelina Jolie attempted to incite her children to reject Brad Pitt during custody visits.
In a statement given to the Los Angeles Superior Court, a former bodyguard of the 48-year-old Maleficent actress addressed allegations that she attempted to cause friction between her estranged spouse, 60, and their six children.

It was part of a lawsuit involving the contentious 2021 sale of Jolie’s interest in the French vineyard Chateau Miraval, which the former Hollywood power couple owned jointly.
Tony Webb, a former member of the British SAS special forces, stated in his testimony that he had been employed by the family for over twenty years, starting in the year 2000.
According to him, Jolie let him go when two of his bodyguards took Pitt’s side after the couple’s nasty breakup and consented to testify against her in custody proceedings.
Webb, a veteran of the Falklands Wаr, said that he had protected the family and their children via his company, SRS Global Security, which he had founded after leaving the military.
According to Webb, he usually followed Michael Vieira’s (Jolie’s PA) instructions.
In 2016, he learned that Pitt and Jolie were separating, he stated, discussing the dissolution of their marriage.
He made it clear that he and SRS Global remained committed to providing financial stability for the Jolie-Pitt family following their divorce.
“I received a call from Mr. Vieira on my cell phone just before two SRS Global contractors were scheduled to testify in a court case involving the custody of their children and Ms. Jolie and Mr. Pitt’s divorce,” I explained. The possibility of two contractors who worked for SRS Global and were responsible for Ms. Jolie’s personal security testifying in the family court case was mentioned by Mr. Vieira to me.
Then, “Mr. Vieira begged me to prevent the two witnesses from testifying.”It was made clear to me that Mr. Vieira was requesting this on behalf of Ms. Jolie.Webb claims he told Vieira he had “no power” to prevent the two from testifying due to their status as independent contractors and not employees.
Mr. Vieira informed me that I should remind those persons that they had signed non-disclosure agreements with Ms. Jolie. He also said that if they testified in the family law matter, Ms. Jolie would sue them.
Both persons informed me that they intended to testify after I conveyed this news to them over the phone.
“Ross Foster, one of the two people named, said he would comply with a court request to testify even though he was under an NDA.
“According to Mr. Foster, he informed me that he would be willing to testify regarding remarks he overheard Ms. Jolie making to the children during custody visits, in which she urged them not to spend time with Mr. Pitt.”
Be careful. As usual. Hello, Angie!
The last message Angelina Jolie sent to Tony Webb, her ex-bodyguard, was in a letter.
According to Webb, during a subsequent phone, Jolie’s PA reiterated the threаt to sue the bodyguards.
Legally, Jolie may get into trouble with the ex-soldier’s accusations because non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) should not be used to prevent witnesses from testifying in court.
Jolie fired SRS in June 2021 after Webb claimed he realized that his coworkers had testified under subpoena despite the threats.
On June 16, 2021, Webb thanked Jolie for hiring him in a letter.
“I also wrote that I was sad that we had become distant over the past few years and that I knew she blamed me for what my independent contractors had done. However, I could not control what they did or said because they were self-employed and not employed directly by SRS Global,” he explained.
“Take good care” was Jolie’s only response in their final conversation. As usual. Hi, Angie.
An inflammatory assertion made by the bodyguard adds another chapter to the so-called Wаr of the Rosé, which is a dispute about who owns the Chateau Miraval winery.
The sale of Jolie’s interest in the Provence, France, vineyard to Russian alcоhоl magnate Yuri Shefler occurred in October 2021, and Pitt is requesting the Los Angeles Superior Court to overturn the sale.
He says it went against their agreement that they should have given each other first dibs on any sale in the event that one of them wаnted out.
Jolie asserts that she decided not to sell to Pitt because he insisted on a “unconscionable” non-disclosure agreement (NDA) in exchange for her shares.
Her attorneys, however, аrgue that Pitt’s accusations are nothing more than an effort to “rationalize” her betrayal of the Oscar winner; furthermore, they point out that she suggested Pitt sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) during their divorce negotiations, which Pitt accepted.
In order to assess her trustworthiness, the court now wants her to reveаl whether or not she asked others to sign non-disclosure agreements.
According to Pitt’s legal team, Webb’s research shows that Jolie saw non-disclosure agreements as far less “unconscionable” when she was the one requesting them from other people.
“Instructions were given to me by Mr. Vieira to present individuals with non-disclosure agreements on behalf of Ms. Jolie and get their signatures,” Webb stated in his declaration.
Webb mentioned that Mr. Vieira frequently requested non-disclosure agreements from hotel staff and had them signed them.
On May 16, a hearing is scheduled to decide Pitt’s motion about non-disclosure agreements.
Separately, Pitt’s lawyer John Berlinski claimed that Jolie had utilized non-disclosure agreements “improperly.”
According to him: “Jolie’s use of NDAs to silence her security detail and attempt to prevent them from testifying truthfully in court about what actually happened behind closed doors bears a striking resemblance to Jolie’s allegations in this case that Pitt improperly used an NDA to ‘silence’ her.”
According to Berlinski, Webb’s evidence shows that Jolie has utilized non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) to keep their family problems under wraps, which Jolie says was so important to her that she broke off her agreement to sell to Pitt because of Pitt’s planned NDA.
According to John Berlinski: “The documents will show that Jolie had a long history of using NDAs for business purposes and that they were a routine aspect of her professional life making it highly likely that she understood Pitt and Perrin’s legitimate business reasons for including it.”Berlinski continued by saying that Jolie was attempting to obtain a “tactical advantage” by “turning this business dispute into a sideshow about family court matters.”
No decision on the future of Chateau Miraval’s ownership is anticipated to be made this year..
