On the 2024 MTV VMAs, Taylor Swift stood as the major winner!
Swift brought the Video of the Year Award home with her “Fortnight” video including Post Malone.
Swift remembered filming the video and the one person who made the set joyful—her boyfriend Travis Kelce—as she embraced the honour.
She said that following every take, “I would always hear, like, someone cheering like, ‘Woo!’ like, from across the studio where we were filming it. And Travis was my boyfriend; one person. I want to thank him for adding that to our shoot; whatever this man touches transforms to happiness and pleasure and enchantment.”
Later on, Travis responded gently on Instagram liking an MTV video of Taylor’s statement.
Taylor also brought home Best Direction and Best Editing, Best Pop, Artist of the Year, Best Collaboration, Song of the Summer.
She also surpassed Beyoncé in terms of most Moon Men. Bey had set the standard at 25; after tonight Taylor has 30.
Swift also breaks records as the first artist to win five times for Video of the Year!
