Kevin Hart and his wife, Eniko Parrish, were spotted shopping at Maxfield in West Hollywood on Tuesday, just two months after his automobile accident and amid ongoing developments in his $60 million lawsuit against his sex video partner, Montia Sabbag.
Hart, 40, sported a navy blue sweater, blue pants, and white and navy sneakers, complete with a watch and necklace. He generously tipped the valet $100, according to TMZ. He told photographers that he’s taking a break till the new year to focus on his health and rehabilitation.
Eniko, 35, wore a yellow Gucci sweatshirt with a cat image and the slogan ‘Guccy,’ along with black leggings and colorful sneakers. She paired dark shades with a luxury handbag. The couple’s youngster, Kenzo, will turn two later this month.
Sabbag’s case was dismissed by Hart’s legal team as ‘baseless.’ Sabbag claims that Hart and numerous other persons conspired to leak a sеx recording of their encounter without her permission. Despite Sabbag’s request for an extension for further paperwork due to potential settlement conversations, Hart’s attorneys argue that Sabbag is simply seeking to prolong the case.
Sabbag’s complaint also names Fameoulous, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, and former Hart partner Jonathan Todd Jackson. She believes that these people plotted to secretly record her and Hart’s private moments.
Hart was spotted driving a Mercedes-Benz SLS sports vehicle on Tuesday, little over two months after a serious crash on September 1 that required emergency spine surgery. The accident occurred when the classic Plymouth Barracuda, driven by Eniko’s personal trainer Rebecca Broxterman’s fiancé Jared Black, drove off Mulholland Highway and into a ditch.
Hart gave a moving statement at the People’s Choice Awards, when he earned the Comedy Act award for his Netflix special Irresponsible. He extended his heartfelt gratitude to his family and friends for their support throughout this difficult period.
